By creating an account or using Burgr you agree to these terms. Burgr is a service of EZOFIS.
The service
Burgr recommends which AI model your software should call for each request, with fallbacks, an estimated cost and optional governance checks. You then call the model yourself, with your own provider account and key. Recommendations come from public prices, public quality ratings and automatic analysis of the request, so they will sometimes be wrong or out of date. Treat them as a strong hint, check retirement dates with your provider, and keep your own default model for the moments Burgr cannot answer.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens in your organization, for keeping API keys safe, and for the people you invite. You must have the right to send Burgr any text you send it, and you are responsible for the AI provider terms that apply when you call a model.
Trial, plans and billing
Every new organization starts with a free trial of 14 days or 1,000 calls, whichever ends first. Paid plans include a monthly number of calls: 5,000, 15,000 or 50,000. A call is one routing request made with an API key. Requests answered from a pin inside your own software, the website demo and the console playground do not count. Going over your included calls on a paid plan does not stop the service, but we may ask you to move to a larger plan. Paid plans are billed in US or Canadian dollars, in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the console; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrades are charged for the remainder of the period. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. If a payment fails, the plan stays active while Stripe retries, and ends if the payment is not recovered. Prices and limits may change with notice. Taxes are not included in the prices shown.
Acceptable use
Do not use Burgr to break the law, to attack the service or other customers, to try to get around limits or security, to resell access to it without our agreement, or to send content you have no right to send.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Burgr running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. When Burgr's request analyzer is unavailable, routing continues from simpler rules and says so in the response. We may change or stop features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, EZOFIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the cost or behaviour of any model you call, or for decisions made from Burgr's results. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Burgr at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for breaches of these terms.
